“I have known Tracey Jackson for the past 20 years, during this time I have found her to be one of the most caring people I have ever met. Tracey has a vast knowledge of care and is highly qualified in all aspects of the caring profession. Tracey is always very keen to update her professional development and attends various courses to gain more knowledge.
Tracey treats everyone she meets, as an individual with individual needs and is a true champion of promoting the core values essential to every persons individual care i.e. privacy, dignity, diversity, health and well being and promoting independence, and she would demand these qualities from anyone she employs.
I feel that the ethos that Tracey has for Able Care and Support Services  is excellent and I truly feel that the Service Users will not only receive the care values but also a service that will enable them to carry on living safely and happily within their own home. “

Tracey has been training staff at Willow Bank since 2006 in NVQ, LMA, Diploma and Moving & Handling. Tracey’s knowledge, expertise and professionalism is second to none and I know my staff are getting the very best with Tracey. Not only is she highly skilled and knowledgeable, she has been there and has a wealth of experience, which she is able to share with the staff. I think the worse training you can get is people reading from work books, staff aren’t engaged, nobody learns anything and nothing is achieved ! The staff appreciate Tracey’s down to earth teaching style and this reflects in how engaging and interactive training sessions are. I myself did my management training with Tracey and with great testament to her, Willow Bank will not use anybody else!

Mrs Stella Garcia
"Able Care & Support Services have given us our mum back. We don't know what we would do without them. They are wonderful.!"

Mrs Norma Warburton
"I would recommend Able Care & Support Services because of the care and support we have recieved. I have already recommended your company to other carers and also to Social Services about the quality of care you give. You always know who is coming and they are very efficient and know exactly how to treat people, patient and partners with courtesy".

"In the toughest times you were always there with help, support and advice. Nothing seemed too much trouble. It was important to us that dad was involved as much as possible in doing things for himself and to keep active. You enabled this to happen with careful supervision and I think my dad came to treat you as one of the family. Your services helped myself and my sister  to cope in these hard times knowing you were there caring for our dad, thank you all very much."

Mr Steve Quinn
"I trusted you with my most precious possession, my Dad, and you cared for him in an amazing way, thank you Able Care and Support Services"

Mrs Barbara Hampson
"It is so nice to get the proper service and care that is what is promoted in the file and that is the full service and care that you get, no cutting corners. Everything is done in a real caring and supportive way for sick people, who can put their trust in Able Care & Support Services. I would be pleased to recommend Able Care & Support Services to anyone because they give what they say "care and support services" which is wonderful and with a happy face, i.e 'a service with a smile' and very efficient, also they give my husband encouragement when he struggles to walk. I am really happy, it is a pleasure to have them come each day and they really care about the work they do".
