Meet Our Caring Management Team
Tracey Jackson – Registered Manager / Director
Hi, my name is Tracey. My role is to ensure that the company overall, meets, exceeds and maintains the standards and requirements to provide Health and Social care. I not only ensure that people who use our services receives the quality of support they deserve;I care for my staff too. I support them to do what is sometimes an extremely difficult job, my staff are appreciated, I care for them as much as I care for our Service Users. If my staff are not safe, cared for and supported, our Service Users are not safe, cared for or supported either, they go hand in hand. I love what I do every day…..titles mean nothing to me, I am a care worker, always have been and always will be and I am very proud of it……I love nothing more than having a cuppa, a biscuit and having a right good chat with anyone who needs us.
Barry Jackson – Operations Manager / Director
Hi, My name is Barry Jackson and I am a Director and the Operations Manager. I have been with the company from the beginning and my main role within the company is overseeing the day to day running of the service. This includes all aspects of finance and Health and Safety. The wellbeing of the Management Team and our teams of Community Enablers is paramount and my priority. If all our staffs needs are not being met, then our teams cannot meet the needs of those who require our services. I feel so proud to be part of this amazing team. We all aim to provide a high quality service for all our Service Users and their families. We are faced with different challenges every day and as a team we try to achieve the best results for all, although it is not always possible. The most rewarding part of this career is when you put a smile on somebody’s face, whether that be for doing the simplest of things or something more profound for someone we support, or their family. For me, there is no feeling like it in the world as I have never felt this satisfaction working in other industries.
Annetta Jackson – Administration Manager
I generally work in the office completing a variety of different tasks, but really enjoy it when I go out working in the community. I have always enjoyed working with people. In my job role I get to communicate with a lot of different people like, outside agencies, Services Users, their families and our Staff Teams.
Working here makes me feel like I make a difference in the world. I go to bed a night knowing that I’ve made somebody’s life that little bit easier, safer and happier by enabling them to do things for themselves that they never thought possible.
Able Care and Support Services is not just a company, we are a family and all work as a great team.
Vicky Fox - Senior Enablement Manager
My name is Vicky Fox , I am the Senior Enablement Manager for the Care at Home Services for all areas. I absolutely love my role and the team I work with. Being able to make a difference to someone’s quality of life is so rewarding. From the moment I attended my interview, I could just feel that Tracey and Barry’s values were the same as mine and the passion they have to make a difference shone through. Every day can be a challenge in its own way, but when you have the right team working with you, and their heart is in the same place as yours, there is a comfort, that you truly know that all Service Users are always at the centre of everything we do.
Claire Marsland – Senior Enablement Manager
Leinad Goodman-Enablement Manager
Hi my name is Leinad Goodman. I am the Enablement Manager for Denton. I have worked many years in the industry and believe that everyone should have a good quality of life whilst living in their own home. I enjoy my role within Able Care and Support Services and look forward to each day, as I never know what is going to happen. I enjoy being there for my team and for everyone who receives our service.
Greg Jackson - Enablement Manager
Hi, i’m Greg Jackson, I have worked at Able Care and Support Services since day one. I began working in the care industry when I was 15 years old as a volunteer, and from there working in a range of services including Residential & Nursing Care, Learning Disabilities & as an Enablement Manager for our Care at Home Service. It is a great feeling knowing that there is so much support provided from the Management Team. I am very proud to work for a company who really cares about what they do . I work with a great team of Community Enablers to support people in the Mossley area. I very much look forward to seeing what my future holds in the care industry and seeing where my journey takes me.
