Meet Our Caring Management Team
Claire Marsland – Senior Enablement Manager
My name is Claire Marsland and I am the Senior Enablement Manager for our Extra Care Housing Scheme, Melbourne Court in Stalybridge. We have a staff team that provides a high standard of support and activities to the people that live here. I have worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 20 years. I love working in this industry, as I feel I can make a difference to other people’s lives which gives me great satisfaction. I work with a fantastic team whom share the same dedication to improving people’s quality of life and we strive to continue to make a difference.
Annetta Jackson – Administration Manager
I have worked at Able Care & Support Services since it opened in 2012.
I generally work in the office completing a variety of different tasks, but really enjoy it when I go out working in the community. I have always enjoyed working with people. In my job role I get to communicate with a lot of different people like, outside agencies, Services Users, their families and our Staff Teams.
Working here makes me feel like I make a difference in the world. I go to bed a night knowing that I’ve made somebody’s life that little bit easier, safer and happier by enabling them to do things for themselves that they never thought possible.
Able Care and Support Services is not just a company, we are a family and all work as a great team.
Greg Jackson - Enablement Manager
Hi, i’m Greg Jackson, I have worked at Able Care and Support Services since day one. I began working in the care industry when I was 15 years old as a volunteer, and from there working in a range of services including Residential & Nursing Care, Learning Disabilities & as an Enablement Manager for our Care at Home Service. It is a great feeling knowing that there is so much support provided from the Management Team. I am very proud to work for a company who really cares about what they do . I work with a great team of Community Enablers to support people in the Mossley area. I very much look forward to seeing what my future holds in the care industry and seeing where my journey takes me.
Michaela Chapman - Enablement Manager
Paul Hollinshead - Enablement Manager
Hi, my name is Paul Hollinshead. I have worked for Able Care and Support Services since 2015. I am the Enablement Manager for the Stalybridge area. I enjoy working alongside other Managers and our Community Enablers within all areas, my team in Stalybridge is fantastic, as are all other teams. We have a very family/friend vibe within the office and this extends out into the community. I love my job role and enjoy interacting with Service Users on a day to day basis. I like to think we are one big family and I am proud to be a part of it.
