Meet Some of our Community Enablers..

Rebecca Ahmed – Community Enabler

I have been working for able care for a few years & have had the pleasure of caring for some truly wonderful individuals who I will never forget. It’s nice getting to know each person & helping them live as independently as possible. Small things we are able to do can make a huge difference in a person’s life. Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to our service users and we always try our best to help in any way we can to ensure all your needs are met. We have a fabulous team & great support. Tracey has supported us in many different ways which not many mangers would do. I enjoy caring for our service users & look forward to seeing them. Every day is different. I often get asked do I enjoy my job.. my answer always is nearly ten years down the line I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.

Janine Blackshaw – Community Enabler

I like my job, it is very rewarding. I love getting to know people and caring and supporting them to live at home. I always do my best to make them happy and feel safe. I love working for Able Care and Support Services, they are very supportive and always there when our Community Enablers need them.

Alicia Vogt – Community Enabler

I enjoy my job, I love walking into a Service Users home and seeing their face light up, I love that they see you as more than just the next Enabler coming in to complete duties. I love getting to know my Service Users, learning about their likes, dislikes, fears and dreams. It is like each Service User becomes a part of your extended family, having a giggle and sometimes a little dance. If they are smiling when you leave you know you have just made that person feel special.
I like working for Able Care and Support Services, the whole team are brilliant, helpful and supportive, not only in work, but out of work too. I have worked here for nearly 3 years, my knowledge is growing and couldn’t imagine doing this role anywhere else.

Josie Dudley – Community Enabler

I have been working for Able Care and Support Services now since they took over from MRL 3 years ago. I like the way the business runs. You know where you are up to and the Service Users have continuity of care. They are second to none. They are up to date with training, we are trained in so many different subjects. You can ask them anything and if you have a problem at home or work, they will try their best to help you. Tracey and Barry are down to earth and are very approachable.
